Hi, kids!! We are going to work the Christmas topic with four fantastic activities:

1. Firstly, the Interactive Book. Here you have all about Christmas: Vocabulary and Activities, Christmas celebrations, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, Christmas dinner, famous carols,...

2. Simon Says Santa Claus. There is a Santa Claus on a screen.Tell him what you want him to do and Santa do it! Write in "commands" different actions: jump, sleep, laugh, play the guitar, play tennis, fall down, run, play football, eat, dance, sing, kiss me... It is very funny!! Write as many actions as you can. Amazing...




3. Run, run, Rudolph. Read the following news about an amazing event in Texas (U.S.A). From the British online newspaper MailOnline.


4. A very funny game from the British Council website: Run, Santa, Run. Santa Claus is getting fat and he needs to get fit. Can you help him run and run through the winter wonderland? Please, kids, read the instructions very carefully to play this game.

In this post, we are going to learn the way to form comparatives and superlatives in English.
Remember:
- Add er to short adjectives to form comparatives: faster, shorter, longer,...
- Use more (adjective) than to long adjectives to form comparatives: more expensive than, more beautiful than,...

- Add est to short adjectives to form superlatives: the longest river, the fastest animal,...
- Use the most + adjective to long adjectives to form superlatives: the most important, the most famous,...

PRACTICE:

An easy exercise where you have to complete some sentences with the superlative form of the adjective:
